You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched, whichever occurs first.

If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Orders that have left our facility cannot be canceled. However, you can initiate a return once the product is delivered in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
We currently do not allow modifications to items or shipping addresses once an order has been placed. To make changes, you must cancel the original order (if eligible) and place a new one.
